Membership / course / non-clinical data:
We keep this for up to 2 years after your membership ends unless you request deletion sooner.
Clinical dietetic records (if applicable):
If you use 1:1 clinical services, your data is stored for 8 years, in accordance with HCPC and BDA record-keeping standards. You may request deletion of non-clinical data at any time.

- All information is stored securely using encrypted, password-protected systems.
- Payment information is processed only by secure third-party providers (Stripe).
- Only authorised personnel within Nutrilore Diabetes Dietitian have access to your data.
